Little Baby ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our pregnancy nutrition tracking app.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (encrypted). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.

Profile Information: You may provide your name, age, weight, height, due date, dietary restrictions, health conditions, and pregnancy details to personalise your nutrition recommendations.

Nutrition Data: Food logs, supplement tracking, meal photos, and AI-generated nutrition analyses are stored to provide our core service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide personalised pregnancy nutrition tracking and recommendations
• Analyse food photos using AI to estimate nutritional content
• Sync your data across devices
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password resets)
• Improve our app and services

3. AI Food Analysis

When you scan a food photo, the image is sent to our AI service (Anthropic Claude) for nutritional analysis. Images are processed in real-time and are not stored by the AI provider after analysis.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (AWS, Asia-Pacific). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with the following services to operate the app:

• Supabase: Database hosting and user authentication (stores your account, profile, and nutrition data)
• Anthropic (Claude AI): AI food analysis. When you scan or analyse a food, your input is sent to Anthropic for nutritional analysis. Images are processed in real time and are not stored by Anthropic.
• RevenueCat: Subscription management and in-app purchase processing. RevenueCat receives your anonymous app user ID and purchase receipts to manage your subscription status.
• Stripe: Payment processing for web subscriptions
• Apple: In-app purchase processing for iOS subscriptions
• Meta (Facebook): We use Meta Pixel for advertising attribution to measure ad effectiveness. This tracking is subject to your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent on iOS.
• Google Analytics (GA4): We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the app. Subject to ATT consent on iOS.
• Mixpanel: We use Mixpanel for product analytics to improve the app experience. Subject to ATT consent on iOS.
• Microsoft Clarity: We use Clarity for session replay and heatmaps to improve usability. Subject to ATT consent on iOS.

On iOS: You will be asked whether to allow tracking before any analytics data is shared with Meta, Google, Mixpanel, or Microsoft. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track," these services will not receive your data. The app continues to work normally regardless of your choice.

6. Partner Sharing

The partner sharing feature lets you share your nutrition dashboard with a specific person via an opt-in link. You can revoke access at any time.

7. Your Rights

• Access your personal data
• Update or correct your information
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data

To delete your account: Me tab → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data.

8. Sensitive Health Data

Little Baby collects pregnancy-related health information (weeks pregnant, due date, dietary restrictions, health conditions, nutrition data). This data is classified as sensitive health data. We:

• Never use health data for advertising or ad targeting
• Never sell health data to third parties
• Encrypt all health data in transit and at rest
• Allow you to delete all health data at any time via account deletion

9. Children's Privacy

Little Baby is designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

10. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage for preferences and session data. We do not use tracking cookies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy and will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app.
