By using Little Baby ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Little Baby is a pregnancy nutrition tracking application that helps users monitor their dietary intake, track supplements, and receive AI-powered food analysis during pregnancy.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App.
Free Plan: Includes basic nutrient tracking (Protein, Iron, Folate, Calcium), limited food scans, and supplement tracking.
Little Baby+ (Premium): Includes full nutrient dashboard (11 nutrients), unlimited food scans, AI concierge, partner sharing, and weekly reports.
Pricing:
Web subscriptions: Payments are processed through Stripe. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time — you retain access until the end of your billing period. The Pregnancy Pass is a one-time purchase and is non-refundable after 14 days, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
iOS In-App Purchases: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Little Baby is NOT a medical device or service. The App provides general nutrition information for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Nutritional analyses, food safety assessments, and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors. Always verify important nutritional information with your healthcare provider.

All content, design, and code in the App is owned by Little Baby. You retain ownership of any personal data and photos you upload.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
You can delete your account at any time from the Me tab. Account deletion permanently removes all your data including food logs, profile information, and supplement records. This action cannot be undone.
We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Baby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health outcomes based on nutritional information provided.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
